The Pillar of Skulls
In the D&D cosmology the Pillar of Skulls is a hideous landmark in the First Layer of Hell, Avernus. This huge landmark consists of trophy-skulls of those killed in the Blood War and reaches a height of more than a mile close to the entrance to the second layer. This more modest pillar however makes an excellent terrain/dungeon dressing item.
