North Africa '42 on Display!

Last week I promised to take some pictures of my painted North Africa forces that I have collected so far. So over the weekend I got everything out on the table and it was quite an enlightening experience o see just how much I had achieved in six months. It has also highlighted some glaring gaps in my forces that need filling. One thing that is clearly missing from these mid 1942 forces is Air Support. I have the models waiting in the wings (no pun intended) and will start on them in the next few days.

The British forces consist of two 8th Army Companies; A Heavy Armoured Squadron and an Infantry Tank Company.

The Axis forces include a German Panzerkompanie and an Italian Compagnia Carri.

  1. Your force is growing nicely. I am all in favour of getting all the units you have for a project, it's amazing what shows up from doing this

  4. Thanks for the pics. It's good to see it all together. It all looks good. Mayhap it's time to get some axis infantry painted up. Airframes would also be good.
