But If it was enthusiasm that carried the day more 5 year olds would win the Olympics.

I might have just got 1 DUFF episode so I will try again, but I am now expecting the worse.

Ray says we should enjoy it for what it is... maybe he is right and we should also enjoy Miseryenders and Bornation Street for what they are. I shall carry on watching, anythings better than Crapenders & Boreanation Street!
Stop your bloody wingin' and enjoy it for what it is!Ray Rousellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07352596392520905197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1298399641711237003.post-9250660160246616762017-01-01T13:38:59.157+00:002017-01-01T13:38:59.157+00:00Well Lee,

Wallace is clearly somebodies favorite at the Beeb, he just strikes me as a not particularly nice person, although without his 'enthusiasm' the Time Commanders would have been even worse.
If that was possible. As for the 'experts'would it not have been more useful to use a guest expert for each battle, perhaps someone with some actual knowledge of what was on offer. I really didnt undertstand which audience the programme was trying to capture.Independentwargamesgrouphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07019172667119107650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1298399641711237003.post-26458698051791534922017-01-01T08:51:40.077+00:002017-01-01T08:51:40.077+00:00IT had escaped my notice.
But seriously Greg Wall...IT had escaped my notice.

But seriously Greg Wallace! Is he a wargamer? does he know about history? Is he a good choice? Personally if the answer to the 1/2 the above questions is No then I would be happier with someone who did know about wargames/history and was a good presenter. Maybe the BBC thought he was a safe pair of hands.... Can't say he would be my choice though I am sure there are MANY more better.
